Pricing agreed with each partner for the length of the program, and kept when you move to production.
In return we ask for a short feedback session every two weeks, one named use case we can build around, and, if it works for you, a reference or case study. Nothing is published about your team without your written agreement.
How a Pilot Runs
1. Observe
Shrike checks every action against your policy and records what it would refuse, without stopping anything. Your agent keeps working.
2. Tune
We review the recorded decisions together and adjust the policy, so what it refuses is what your team means it to refuse.
3. Enforce
Your policy starts deciding: allowed actions run, consequential ones wait for a named person, and every decision is on the record for your auditors.
The safety floor applies from the first day, observe mode included: confirmed prompt injection, jailbreaks, system prompt extraction and credential exposure are refused regardless of policy.
